Referral Program – Terms & Conditions

Referral Payment Transparency NoticeAmounts paid to referrers through the Jaxson Noble Referral Program are available upon request. Disclosure will be provided to eligible parties in accordance with applicable legislation upon request. 1. EligibilityReferrals may be submitted by individuals or businesses who are not employees of Jaxson Noble and who are legally able to receive referral rewards under Australian law.
2. What qualifies as a successful referralA referral is considered successful only when:
A new client, not previously known to or engaged with Jaxson Noble, enters into a signed agreement with Jaxson Noble for property sales or property management services, and that engagement proceeds to commencement.
3. Reward paymentAny referral reward is payable only after the successful engagement of a new client.
Rewards are not payable for enquiries, appraisals, listings that do not proceed, or agreements that are cancelled prior to commencement.
All referral rewards include GST, where applicable.
4. Payment method and timingReferral rewards will be paid via electronic funds transfer (EFT).
The referrer must provide valid payment details and any required tax information before payment can be made.
Payment will generally be made within a reasonable period after the qualifying engagement is confirmed.
5. One referrer per clientOnly one referral reward is payable per referred client.
In the event of multiple referrals for the same client, the reward will be paid to the first referrer whose referral details were received.
6. No ongoing involvement requiredReferrers are not required to participate in negotiations, ongoing communication, or service delivery once the referral has been submitted.
7. Discretion and program changesJaxson Noble reserves the right to assess, accept, or decline any referral at its discretion.
Jaxson Noble may amend, suspend, or withdraw the referral program at any time without prior notice.
8. GeneralParticipation in the referral program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
